I’ll keep you entertained with these 11 facts:

1. A Jack of All Trades. I've worked as a deckhand, cook, masseuse, and yoga instructor, Chief Stew, purser, interior trainer, yacht agent, recruiter, and now as a solopreneur. Life has never been boring!

2. Built for Crew Life. I'm the second of six siblings, which probably explains why living and working closely with crew and sharing space always felt natural to me.

3. Water addict and travel junkie. The ocean cleanses me, rivers call me to play, mountains ground me, and travelling sparks my creativity. Now I'm also learning the joys of off-grid living!

4. Plant-Powered Since 2013. Fruits and veggies are the foundation of how I nourish myself.

5. A Student of Ancient Wisdom. I've studied shamanism with different tribes in the Amazon, experiences that deeply shaped my perspective on healing and how I guide others.

6. I turned burnout into a turning point. My healing journey taught me to love myself differently, work through childhood wounds, and challenge the limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck. Read more about my story here.

7. Self-Love Changed Everything. Choosing myself transformed my relationships, work, and life. It also helped me understand how our beliefs shape the way we treat ourselves and what we believe is possible.
